日本爱知大学大学院经营学研究科博士课程修了后，进入日本丰田体系工作10年，在丰田市生活工作了17年，对丰田的文化和做法有切身的体会和理解，对孕育出丰田管理方式的这片土壤有着独特的认识。后来应邀加入全球改善协会日本分部从事管理咨询工作，同时担任名古屋三洋房地产公司的战略联席会议成员，和日本21世纪可持续发展协会特邀会员。2012年回国后在中航工业系统工作，在集团下属企业天马微电子有限公司任管理创新顾问，专注现场改善工作。

After he completed doctoral courses at Graduate School of Business Administration, Japanese Aichi University, he joined and worked in Japan Toyota system for ten years, and has lived and worked in Toyota City for 17 years. He has first-hand experience in and understanding of Toyota's culture and practices, has gained a unique understanding of the land which cultivates Toyota management mode. Afterwards, he was invited to join Japan Branch of Kaizen Institute to engage in management consulting, and concurrently served as member of Strategic Joint Meeting at Sanyo Housing Nagoya Co.,Ltd. and special member of Japan 21st Century Sustainable Development Association. After return to China in 2012, he has been working in AVIC system, serving as Management Innovation Consultant at Tianma Micro-electronics Co., Ltd. under AVIC, specializing in site improvement.
