Graduated from China Pharmaceutical University in 1991, obtained MBA from Southeast University, member of Expert Group of China Pharmaceutical Association of Plant Engineering (CPAPE)

Worked in Sino-Swed Pharmaceutical Corp, Ltd for near 15 years, responsible for technical management in Production Department, Project Department and Quality Department; joined Otsuka Group in 2006 and served as director of Quality Management Department in Guangdong Otsuka Co., Ltd; transferred to Suzhou Otsuka Co., Ltd in 2007 for preparing to establish new factory specializing in developing and manufacturing powder-liquid multi-chamber bag sterile drugs, in which he served as director of Quality Management Department and R & D Department; joined Jiangsu Chia-Tai Tianqing Pharmacy Co. Ltd in February, 2012; gathered experience from succeeding in Chinese GMP, EU GMP, Japanese GMP inspection and intra-group quality audit for many times during work.

Participated in preparing and amending new version GMP, served as one of persons chiefly in charge of sterile drug guide for new version GMP, assisted Editorial Board in reviewing and revising first draft of other guides, and took part in technical exchange and training of Certification Center of State Food and Drug Administration and provincial/municipal food and drug administrations.
