1. 1991---2001，worked in Tianjin Electric Motor General Factory, designed and improved submersible motor paint spraying production line, independently designed multi-head drill with adjustable centre distance; cooperated with others to invent submersible motor stator with winding wire covered by insulating layers which has been patented.

2. 2002-2007，Project Director, Engineering Department of Tianjin Tasly Group; 2004, completed project of automatic external packing manufacturing shop for compound danshen dripping pills; 2009, completed project of automatic internal packing manufacturing shop for compound danshen dripping pills;

3. 2008—Now，Manager and Chief Engineer, Equipment Division of Pharm-Tech (Tianjin) Co., Ltd, completed Handan Pillow Type Packing Production Line, Xinfeng Injection Vials Production Line, Tasly Yangxue Pillow Type Packing Production Line, servo filling pillow-type packer with micro powder high-precision screw and three production lines in Tianjin Kingyork.
