摘要:

可持续发展战略是我国重要的战略发展方向,生物医药产业作为战略性新兴产业,在我国战略性新兴产业的地位和国民经济支柱性产业的地位日益凸显。节能减排对我国生物制药行业的可持续发展具有重要意义。制药用水是生物制药生产工艺中最为重要的原料,本文将结合作者500余个制药用水系统案例的实践与总结,对未来十年内我国制药用水系统可能出现的节能化措施进行分享。

About the Author:

Zhang Gongchen, an expert of pharmaceutical industry, and also Vice General Manager of BSPM, a lecturer of Vogel Pharmacy and ISPE, besides, an Editorial Board Member of GB 50913-2013 “Code for Design of Pharmaceutical Process Water System”. He is mainly working on design and R&D of bioprocess technology system and pharmaceutical water system as biological monoclonal antibody, insulin, vaccine, blood products, etc.

Title: Imagination and Practice of Energy Conservation Measures of Pharmaceutical Water System

Abstract:

The strategy of sustainable development presents an important strategic development orientation of China. As a strategic and newly emerging industry, the bioengineering and pharmaceutical industry is obtaining a more and more important status among Chinese strategic emerging industries and the pillar industries of national economy. Energy conservation and emission reduction plays a significant role in the sustainable development Chinese bioengineering and pharmaceutical industry. Pharmaceutical water acts as the most important raw material of the manufacturing technique of bio-pharmacy. This paper will combine the practice and conclusions of more than 500 pharmaceutical water system cases made by the author to share some energy conservation measures that possibly occur in Chinese pharmaceutical water system in the next decade.
